As children we may complain about all the times our parents were mean to us, but as we get older we realize they were only strict because they wanted the best for us ?

When we’re young we can be really quick to get upset at our parents for telling us what to do. We think they may be controlling or mean or maybe they don’t even love us. But, as we get older we realize that everything they did, they actually did for us. So don’t forget to appreciate your parents. Sometimes we can get so busy growing up that we can forget they’re also growing old.
